Kitchen & Renovation Concepts has been established for 10 years and is a family-owned business. It is the largest domestic retail kitchen supplier and full-service joinery shop in the Dubbo area. We have the latest advanced manufacturing technology to ensure we produce quality joinery products every time and the business is a preferred supplier to several prominent new home builders in Central West NSW. Our staff take a great deal of pride in their work and much of our business is generated through customer referrals.

Kitchen & Renovation Concepts offers stable employment, an attractive hourly rate, overtime and RDO system. With this RDO system, non-salaried staff work 8 hours each day with
7.6 hours being paid and 0.4 hours accrued daily for the purpose of taking 1 rostered day off each 20-day cycle. This RDO is taken on the last Friday of each 20-day cycle.

Remuneration is based on experience but is often above award rates.

At Kitchen & Renovation Concepts we recognise that the calibre and competence of our employees are vital factors in ensuring that we remain a successful company providing quality service to our customers. To this end, we actively promote employee development through high quality training and learning opportunities both on and off the job. We have supported many apprentices, including mature age apprentices, through their training and skilled tradesmen have the opportunity, where appropriate, to progress to Project Manager positions.
