We are committed to protecting your privacy. We comply fully with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the 13 Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) to ensure the fair, transparent, and secure handling of your Personal Information.

We apply a strict "fair and reasonable" standard to the data we collect. We only collect personal information that is genuinely necessary for us to deliver our stone and joinery services to you. Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:
- Contact and Identity Details: Your name, signature, physical/site address, email address, and telephone numbers.
- Financial Details: Bank account or credit card details for processing payments, and information required to assess Applications for Commercial Credit or Guarantees.
- Project Specifics: Sketches, architectural plans, and designs relating to your proposed and active installation work.

We collect personal information directly from you. We ensure that your consent to provide this information is voluntary, informed, and specific. We collect data through:
- Face-to-face consultations and site visits.
- Telephone calls and emails.
- Interactions on our websites or social media platforms.
- Documents, forms, and plans you supply to us.
4. How We Use and Disclose Your Information
We will only use or disclose your personal information for the primary purpose for which you provided it, unless we have your explicit consent or are required to do so by law. We use your information to:
- Consult with you regarding your design requirements and provide accurate quotes.
- Prepare, manufacture, deliver, and install your stone and joinery work.
- Communicate project updates and issue tax invoices.
- Provide proper, limited instructions to trusted contractors assisting with your project.
- Coordinate Internal Services: Share relevant project and contact information internally between our stone division (All Set In Stone) and our joinery division (Kitchen and Renovation Concepts) to ensure seamless project management, manufacturing, and installation for combined projects.
We will never sell, rent, trade, or give away your personal information.
Note on Automated Decision-Making: We rely on human craftsmanship and expertise. We do not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) or automated systems to make decisions that significantly affect you or your services.
5. Data Security, Retention, and Breaches
We take active, reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access.
- Retention: We retain your project and financial records only for as long as required to fulfil our business and legal obligations (such as warranties and tax compliance). Once this information is no longer needed, it is securely destroyed or de-identified.
- Data Breaches: We maintain a secure data breach response plan. In the unlikely event of a breach likely to cause serious harm, we will notify you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) promptly, in accordance with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
6. Overseas Disclosure
All our physical archives and digital records are stored securely within Australia. Except in the standard course of routing emails, we do not disclose your personal information to overseas recipients.
7. Access, Corrections, and Complaints
You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate or out of date.
