Polytec Design Awards

As you may have seen on our social media recently, we have been nominated in the Residential category of the Polytec Design awards for two of our projects. We are asking you to please complete the simple registration which will give you 6 votes in the residential category and 6 in the commercial category. Your support of our regional joinery, local builders and designers is greatly appreciated!

Whitewood Road – This new build created stunning spaces filled with sophisticated joinery and accessories. The Polytec Notaio Walnut Woodmatt and Black Venette used in the kitchen complement the industrial look of the polished concrete floors and the curved stainless steel benchtop is further enhanced by sleek Polytec aluminium finger pulls. A natural marble splashback adds warmth. The bathroom vanities also use Polytec Notaio Walnut Woodmatt which contrasts the Marrakesh plaster and concrete floors.

Nanima Homestead – This project was the renovation of the kitchen in the historic Nanima Homestead, one of the most intact Edwardian homesteads in NSW. The challenge was to create a space that was bright and fresh and incorporated all the expected modern conveniences while selecting elements that were sympathetic to the heritage of the building. This was achieved by using raw Polytec doors and panels in a Casino style which were painted in a half-strength Vanilla Ice, creating a distinctive country-style look.
